Using the site
The test pages, guides and calculator are free to use, with no account. You can use them at home or at work, and you can print and share the test pages. Please don't try to disrupt the site, overload it with automated requests, or copy it wholesale to publish as your own.
Printing is at your own risk
Printing a test page uses ink or toner and paper. You decide what to print and how often, and we aren't responsible for the supplies you use or for any problem with your printer. Our guides describe common steps that work on many printers, but menus and buttons differ between models. When a guide and your printer's manual disagree, follow the manual.
Calculator figures are estimates
The print cost calculator and the industry pages give rough estimates based on the numbers you enter and on starting values we chose. They aren't measurements of your office and aren't financial advice.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided as is, without any warranty. We may change, pause or remove any part of it at any time.
Content and links
The text, images and test patterns on this site are ours unless marked otherwise. Printing and sharing the test pages is fine; please ask before republishing guides or images elsewhere. Links to other websites are there for convenience, and we don't control their content.
